Welcome to Aluo ("Aluo AI", "we", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Aluo website, browser-based image editor, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue usage immediately.

1. Service Overview

Aluo AI offers an online platform for creating professional product images, including:

Some advanced features—such as AI generation, background removal and HD 2× export—consume pre-paid credits or require a subscription.

2. Account Registration & Security

  1. Account creation Sign-in is currently available via Google OAuth only. We may add more providers in the future.
  2. Accuracy of information You must provide accurate, complete information and keep it up to date.
  3. Credential safety You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

3. Billing & Credits

  1. Billing model Aluo uses a hybrid of pre-paid credits and subscription plans. Credits are consumed for pay-as-you-go actions like HD export; subscriptions provide monthly/annual allowances and extra features.
  2. Payments All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card details.
  3. Refunds Except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise, purchases are non-refundable.

4. User Content & Copyright

  1. Your uploads & generations You retain full copyright to images and text you upload, generate or edit with the Service (unless a template with its own licence is explicitly indicated).
  2. Licence to Aluo You grant Aluo a worldwide, revocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, process, display and back-up your content solely to operate and improve the Service.
  3. Model Training We will not use your private assets for model retraining or fine-tuning without your authorized consent.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including the site, editor, underlying code and design, is owned by Aluo You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, sell, redistribute, reverse-engineer or otherwise exploit any part of the Service without prior written permission.

We may suspend or terminate your access without notice if you violate these Terms or applicable law, and may remove offending content.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Aluo makes no warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or meet your expectations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aluo's liability is limited to the fees you paid to us in the past 12 months.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aluo, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents from any claims, losses or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA. Any dispute shall first be resolved amicably; failing that, it will be finally settled by confidential, binding arbitration in Boulder, Colorado.

11. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced at least 7 days in advance via site notice or email. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
