Subscription Plans

Aluo offers three subscription plans to meet different usage needs:

Free

For light usage and feature testing

  • Free credits on signup
  • 4 projects
  • AI Chat: 1 credit/use
  • 10 requests/min (API)

PRO

For creators and small teams

  • Free AI Chat
  • Unlimited projects
  • 10-20% discount on all features
  • 100 requests/min (API)
  • Monthly credit allowance

MAX

For heavy usage and enterprises

  • All PRO features
  • Higher monthly credits
  • 1000 requests/min (API)
  • Priority support

Manage Subscription

Subscription Actions

  • View Current Plan: Check in Account Settings > Subscription
  • Upgrade Plan: Select a higher plan on pricing page, takes effect immediately
  • Cancel Subscription: Click cancel in subscription page, takes effect at period end

Note: Downgrade is not currently available online. To downgrade, cancel your current subscription and resubscribe to the desired plan after the period ends.

Payment Methods

Aluo supports various mainstream payment methods for a convenient payment experience worldwide:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.)
  • Link
  • Google Pay
  • Apple Pay
  • And other payment methods supported by Stripe

Note: All payments are processed securely via Stripe payment gateway. We do not store your payment information. Available payment methods may vary by region. Updating payment methods online is not currently available; please resubscribe to change payment method.

Invoice Management

You can access and manage all transaction invoices anytime:

  • View in Account Settings > Subscription > Invoice History
  • Download PDF invoices for reimbursement or accounting
  • View detailed information for each transaction (date, amount, status)
  • Subscription renewal invoices are automatically generated each billing cycle

Refund Policy

We offer the following refund guarantees:

  • Subscription Refunds: Full refund available within 7 days of first subscription if unsatisfied
  • Credit Pack Refunds: Unused credit packs can be refunded within 7 days of purchase
  • Feature Failure Refunds: Credits are automatically refunded if AI features fail to process
